This is to notify that Charles Oldfield of Temuka in the Provincial District of Canterbury New Zealand farmer has this day filed a statement that he is unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors. The first meeting of Creditors to be held at the District Court House Timaru on Wednesday the 4th day of August 1880 at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon. Dated this 21st day of July 1880.
