[Peu “Times” Special Wibe.] New Zealand Insurance Co. Auckland, July 14. The half-yearly meeting of the Hew Zealand Insurance Company was held this afternoon. The directors report showed that after providing for all accrtaincd losses and writing oil £3554 as depreciation on investment, there remained the sum of £22,070 available for division, which the directors recommended should be appropriated as follows Payment of a dividend at the rate of 10 per cent per annum £IO,OOO ; bonus at 5 per cent, £SOOO ; balance carried forward £7070 ; total, £22,070. The bonus of 5 per cent is now declared, so as to equalise the dividend, 5 per cent only having been paid to shareholders for the preceding halfyear.
