[Reuter’s Agency.j The 2Uisso-Chinese War Commenced. London, Juno 29. News lias been received that hostilities have broken out between Russian and Chinese troops in Central Asia. The Chinese have twice defeated the Russians, who were advancing on Kuldja. Church and State. Rrussels, June 29. In consequence of its having been found impossible to bring about a satisfactory settlement of the difliculties which have arisen between the Belgian Government and the Holy See, through the recent enquiry into the educational system of this country, diplomatic relations have been broken olf between Belgium and rhe Vatican.
