In the House of Lords the Burials Bill was passed through all its stages, and transmitted to the House of Commons. Bradlaugli Released. In the House of Commons this afternoon Sir Stafford Northcote moved that .Air Bradlangh be released from the custody of the Sergeant-at Arms. The motion, after debate, was agreed to, and Air Bradlaugh has accordingly been released. Poor Soger. The writ of error in Tichborne’s case, by which it was proposed to set aside the verdict, on the, grounds that it wrongfully ordered two cumulative sentences for the same offence, has been heard before the Court of Appeal. The Court lias discharged the writ, and the Claimant therefore remains in prison.
