ScA r oral members protested against the privilege allowed the Secretary of the Wellington Pacing Club of placing a total isator on view in one of the rooms for members to see. The Deceased Husband’s Profiler Marriage Pill was read a first time, after a short discussion, in which Colonel Pretl termed the measure obscene. The "cull" to consider the Wife’s Sister Pill was rejected by 22 to S.
The Deaths hy Accident, Compensation Pill, the Adulteration Pill, the Juries Pill, the Cruelty to Animals Pill (Statute Pevisioii Pills) were passed through Commit ten and read a third time.
The Council adjourned at o p.m
