THEATRE ROYAL.

The Zcaiandia Variety Troupe gave a performance last night, at the Theatre Loyal. There was a capital house, and the various items presented were most favorably received. At the last moment the promoters got a telegram informing them that Messrs liyan and Walker (who had been spcciallv engaged) could not come, and this was a serious inconvenience. Airs Thurlow created a most favorable impression, and had to appear again and again, in response to encores. Air T. J. Kennedy is a host in himself, and last night was as successful as ever. Altogether the company did very well in the face of adverse circumstances.
