The Crisis in Turkey. Constantinople, June 9. The Grand Vizier and Sana Pasha, Ministers for Foreign Affairs, Lave resigned. Kaddi Pasha, Minister of Commerce, bas been appointed President of the the Council of Ministers and Abhcdain Pasha has been appointed Minister for Foreign Affairs with Rankof, Grand Vizier.
