John Griffin—Larceny as a servant. William Reilly and Robert Robertson —Stealing from the person. William Reilly and Robert Robertson —Robbery with violence. William Reilly—Stealing from the person, Edward Kelly—Stealing from the person.
Denis Barrett —Forgery, two counts. Charles H. Clarke, Annie Clarke, Robert Thomson, and George Hayes— Arson.
William Quin, Charles Pontiff, John Kean, Michael Lynch, and Joseph Sims —Forcible entry. Stewart Doig, James Anderson, and John Scott —Horse stealing. James Kelly—Larceny. William diaries Kidney—Larceny. Thomas Dawbcr —Shooting with intent to do grievous bodily harm. William Bradshaw—Larceny. James Miller —Larceny as a bailee. CIVIL SITTING. The following are the civil cases for the same sessions, together with the probable dates of hearing. Monday, June 14. Smith v. Williamson. Special jury. Messrs White and Jameson for plaintiff, and Mr Johnston for defendant. Tuesday, June 15. National Bank r. Macintosh. Special jury. Messrs White and Jameson and Mr Harper for plaintiffs,and Mr Hamersley and Mr Stout for the defendant. Friday, June 18. National Mortgage and Agency Company v. John Collins. For assessment of damages. By common jury. Mr Perry for plaintiffs. Saturday, June 19.
