In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act 1876 ” and the several Acts amending the same and of the bankruptcy of Richard Newell a debtor. This is to notify that the creditors of the above-named Richard Newell of Timaru New Zealand bootmaker having failed to elect a trustee I have tinder the provisions of the said Act appointed George Frederick Clulee of Timaru aforesaid a certificated accountant in bankruptcy creditors’ trustee of the property of the said debtor and that the said George Frederick Clulee has in writing accepted the said trusteeship.
