[By Telegraph.] Wellington, May 28. HOUSE OF BEPBESENTATIVES. NOTICES OF MOTION. In the House to-day Dr Wallis gave notice that lie would move for the protion of papers relative to the sailing of the Ilinemoa on her last two trips to enable Members to attend the session of Parliament. Mr Levicn gave notice that he would ask leave to introduce the Bank of New Zealand Act Amendment Bill. ADDRESS IN RKPEY. Mr Bcctham on behalf of Colonel Trimble, announced that on Tuesda}' next he (Colonel Trimble) would move an Address in Kopiy to the speech of the Governor. DEATH OF i’RINf.’ESS ALICE. A message was received from the Governor covering a despatch from the Secretary of State, acknowicding a receipt of a vote of condolence on the
death of Princess Alice, passed last session by both Houses of Parliament, and stated that the Queen fully appreciated the communication. MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS ACT. Mr Hutcheson gave notice of hia intention to introduce a Bill to amend the Municipal Corporations Act. WELLINGTON-EOXTON RAILWAY. Mr Hutcheson' asked to have laid upon the table a return showing how much had been spent on the Wolling-ton-Foxton railway out of the rote of £4OOO passed last session for the construction of that line. REGULATION OF ELECTIONS PETITIONS BILL. The Premier gave notice of the Regulation of Elections Petitions Bill. FIRST READING. Tho Premier introduced a Bill to amend the Electric Telegraph Act, and it was read a first time. ADJOURNMENT. The House then adjourned till Tuesday.
