TIMARU TEA WAREHOUSE NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership between the undersigned John Murphy and Robert Patterson, in the trade or business of livery stable keepers, at Timaru, under the firm of MURPHY AND PATERSON, is this day hereby DISSOLVED by mutual consent, and in future the business will be carried on by the said John Murphy on his separate account. Mr D. M. Ross, of Timaru, Notary Public, is appointed liquidator and receiver of all moneys and accounts, and to him wc refer all concerned respecting the settlement and adjustment of all moneys due and payable.
