NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS. MR J. C. FISHER is NO LONGER a RUNNER for this Journal, and is hot Authorised to Receive Subscriptions. Subscribers are requested to pay the Runners now Delivering the Papers. NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership between the undersigned John Morphy and Robert Patterson, in the trade or business of livery stable keepers, at Timaru, under the firm of MURPHY AND PATERSON, is this day hereby DIS : SOLVED by mutual consent, and in future the business will be carried on by the said John Morphy on his separate account. Mr D. M. Ross, of Timaru, Notary Public, is appointed liquidator and receiver of all moneys and accounts, and to him we j refer all concerned respecting the settlement and adjustment of all moneys due and payable.
