MR ADAMS, M.H.R., AT NELSON.
SECOND EDITION
[By Telegraph,] Nelson, May 19. Mr Adams addressed a crowded meeting of the electors last evening. He spoke strongly on railway matters, contending the revenue deficiency was a lame excuse for the stoppage of the Nelson line. He defended himself against the charges lately made against him at a public meeting and said they arose through a misapprehension.
