The Select Committee which was appointed to consider the question which arose through Mr Bradlaugh’s refusal to take the oath, has presented their report to Parliament. The Committee has decided he must take the oath before ho takes his seat for Northampton. Rebellion in Turkey, Constantinople, May 12. News has been received here that the Albanians have risen in arms, and demand that their independence be proclaimed. There >s great excitement in Albania, but no conflict is reported to have as yet taken place.
