R.C.’Times’Office, Messrs Jonas, Hart and Wildie report for the past week, as follows * Fat Cattle.—We sold 25' head at the yards on Thursday, at an average of £5 per head, or equal to 20s per lOOlbs. Store Cattle.—There is an improved demand for all kind of stores. We sold 55 head at Mr Stonyer’s farm on Tuesday last, as follows :—Cows, in milk and springing, from £8 to.£lorlos ; heifers,-18 mouths to 2J years, from £6 5s to £9 ,5s ; steers, 2 to 3 years, £5 10s to £6 10s ; calves, 23s to 28s each. At Winchester Fair, on the 15 th inst., we- sold4oo merino,ewes- at 4s 7d ; 39 Leicester rams, from 12s to £1 Is each . calves, 23s each ; etoors and hoifore, £S 13s’ tO-£5 ss.i ; ..1 - : '-' : Landed Properties. Property is dull of sale and very difficult to .place, even at very reduced prices’. We sold 8 roods 18 perches freehold, in North street, with 5-roomcd cottage, for ;£315. An 80-acre farm ncar Pleasant- Point, for £7 per acre ; one acre, freehold in Epworth, with 7-roomed dwelling, for £IOO, Messrs Mackley, Priest, and Co, held their opening sale in the new auction rooms on Saturday. There was a large attend ancc, competition was brisk and the goods submitted comprising new seasons teas, clothing, fancy goods, &c, found purchasers at satisfactory figures.
