WAITANGI MILLS.
TOWN EDITION.
At a meeting held at McLean and Stewart’s rooms, this afternoon, for the purpose of considering the advisability of placing the Waitangi Flour and Saw Mills in the hands of a Joint Stock Company, it was resolved—" That the business be formed into a Joint Stock Company, under the Limited Liability Act.” A prospectus is to be issued.
