[Keuteu’s Agency.j Gladstone to the E'l-ont. London, April 22. The Beaconslield Ministry have tendered their resignations to the Queen. It is stated that Her Majesty accepted them, and summoned Lord Harrington to form a new Ministry, but lie declined in favor of Mr Gladstone. Still they Come. Montague Cony, C. 8., Private Secretary to Earl Beaconslield when Prime Minister, has been raised to the Peerage. An Honored Colonist. Sir Charles Gavau Duffy, late Speaker of the Victorian Assembly, lias been invited to stand for an Irish Borough in the Home Buie interest.
