Mails close at the Chief Post Office, Timaru for the following places (subject tof the necessary alterations) as under : 1 , Saturday, April 17. For Northern Ports of Ngav Zealand, per Tararua, at 2.15 p.m. The next mail for the United Kingdom via San Francisco, Avill be despatched from Timaru on Saturday, April 24, and will be due in London on June 8.
