This is to notify that Joseph McClintock of Arowhenua near Temuka in the Provincial District of Canterbury New Zealand farmer has this day filed a statement that he is unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors. The first meeting of Creditors to be held at the District Court-house Timaru, on Friday the twenty-third day of April 1880 at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon. ALTERATIONS OF TRAINS ON AND AFTER THURSDAY, the loth of April, 1880: The 7 a.m. to Alhury will leave at 0.55 a.m. The 7.30 a.m. to Ashburton will leave at 6.15 a.m. The 7.35 a.m. to Oamaru, will leave at 7.20 a.m. The 10.10 a.m. from Ashburton, will arrive at 10.15 a.m. The South Express will leave Timaru at 1.16 p.m., and the North Express will leave Timaru at 3.15 p.m. The 4.50 p.m. to Ashburton, will leave at 4.55 p.m. The 7.15 p.m. from Ashburton, will arrive at 8.10 p.m. The 7.35 p.m. from Oamaru, will arrive at 7.10 p.m The 7.30 p.m. from Albury, will arrive at 7.45 p.m. The Train leaving Timaru for Ashburton at 11.40 a.m., and Ashburthn for Timaru at 11.5 a.m., on Saturday’s, will be discontinued in future.
