S. C. Times Oeeice, Monday Evening. Messrs' W. Collins and Co. report the result of their sale on Saturday as follows: —Derwent potates, 55s to GOs per ton (bags included); onions, 9s 6d per cwt.; carrots, 60s per ton (sacks given in); green top turnips, 50s per ton; barley, for fowl corn, 6s per sack; do wheat, 7s ; cheese, 6d to 6Jd per lb; apples, os 6d to 7s Gd per case; peaches, 2d per lb; ducks, geese, turkeys, and fowls always command a ready sale; tea in boxes, ex steamer and “ Killarncy,” 17s to 18s per box. London, March 12. The wool sales have closed, the quantity ■ rid being 190,000 bales. There were none held over. The average advance over last series amounts to 12£ per cent.
