Sydney, Feb. 27. —It is currently reported here to-day that the Governor (Lord Augustus LoElus) lias received a cable message from .England to the effect that the relations between England and liussia are in a critical state ; that war between the two countries is imminent, and that the situation would be decided in a few days.
