[Reuter’s Agency.] The Irish Famine Justified. London,. Feb. 11.— After considerable debating in the House of Commbns, Mr Redmond’s amendment on the Address, ’ censuring the Government for neglect' in regard to the distress in Ireland was negatived by 216 against 66.
