Oughton (Mr Hamersley. lie —Gr. Jenkins G-. M‘Kay and J. Fraser Bankrupts —Mr White to apply for an order to show cause why certain monies in the possession of It. llutherford, belonging to the estate, should not be delivered up. Mr Tosswill to oppose the applications.
