MELBOUKXE, Jan. 29. Zambezi won tlie Geelong Gold Cup. WELLINGTON CUP. The following is the latest betting on this event ;—4 to 1 agst Lara, taken and offered ; 4 to I agst Foul Play, offered, 5 to 1 taken and wanted ; 5 to 1 agst Hippo, Laertes, and Templeton ; and 10 to 1 agst the others. Sinking Fund has done no work lately, and is reported to be broken down. Hippocampus has done no fast work since arrival. Hailstorm, York, and Templeton acquitted themselves best in a gallop. Yesterday Hailstorm and King Quail did a rattling gallop, the former getting the best of it. Templeton and Lara had a three-mile sweat.
