[Reuter’s Agency.] Detained In Port. Melbourne, Jan, 25. Obituary— Fentman, captain of the Tanjore. I A Pook* Exchange. Sydney, Jan. 24.—Carlyle the Railway Traffic Manager, who was recently censured and fined for his conduct in connection with the Paramatta railway collision on Boxing-Day has been ordered to exchange positions with Reid, the Traffic Auditor. He will receive £2OO per year less salary.
