The insurrection is attributed to the ,ill-success of Bolivia in the war with Chili. The Turn of the Tide. The Board of trade returns of imports for the past month amount ;to £35,375,000, showing an increase of £8,750,000, compared with last j r ear. The returns of exports for the past month amount to £121,250,000, showing an increase of £10,500,000, compared with last year.
