Guy Faux is a dark brown, standing l(i hands. Was one of the fastest and most constant horses over any distance that ever performed on the New Zealand tin f, and as a proof of his soundness and constitution that from two years old to six he was scarcely ever out of work. Guy Faux will travel as follows : Mondays North road, via Ohoka, to Anderson’s stables, Eangiora. Tuesdays—Ashley Bank and Seflon. Wednesdays—Ambcrcly. Thursdays Eeturning home through Lcithfield, Saltwater Creek, Woodcnd, and Kaia|ioi. Fridays - Bapanui and Eiccarton in Millett and Griffith's (late Page's) stables. OlßE—Kilbowie is a pure-bred Clydcsdale, rising eight years old, of splendid aymuretry and action. He is by old Surprise which was first as a two-year-old at Johnston Carnhusling, Ac., and twice gained the prize for the best stallion at the Glasgow Society’s Shows to travel in the district. He also gained the Highland Society’s first prize at Inverness, and other prizes to travel as a stallion. Kilbowie’s dam also gained many prizes. Kilbowie gained the firstatDrymcn, as a two-year-old and first at Stirlingshire Shows. Kilbowie was purchased from the well-known breeder, M. David Eiddel, Kilbowie, and has been purchased by the Governor of late, at a high price. Pedioree — King of the Eing is a beantiold by Kilbowie, bteirvry ml-six months Esq., and is one of the best grown colts of his age in the colonics ; he is a fine bay, standing 17 hands high, with immense bone and substance. His dam, Blossom, by Lincolnshire Hero, imported by E. Kermode, Esq., was winner of eleven first prizes. Grand dam Darby, by Black Champion, imported by Clark, Esq., gg dam Prince imported by J. W. Glcadow, Ksq., g g g dam by Lincoln, imported by the late Dr. Wilmore, g g g g dam by Hussar, imported by T. Scott, Esq. King of the Eing is acknowledged by the best of judges to be the grandest cart colt of his age in the colonics, and is full of the best blood in the world, and will, without doubt, make a tine breeder of cart slock. King of the Eing has been first twice Midland and Hobart Town. Any marcs changing owners to be l md for by the persons engaging them to the horse.
