LONDON, Nov. 28. The King of Denmark is arranging with the Duke of Cumberland to renounce bis claims to the Hanoverian throne, and to accept tbe succession to that of Brunswick. A Yicnna telegram states that Russia is resolved to secure Merv in the coming spring, forcing a passage, if necessary, through Persian territory. A coolness has arisen between Russia and Persia, owing to tbe intervention of England at Herat. DUBLIN, Nov. 30. Killcn has been committed for trial, bail being refused. EDINBURGH, Nov. 30. Mr Gladstone at a largo meeting denounced tbe Tory finances as reckless and dishonest. He insisted on autonomy for and emancipation of tl a people north of the Balkans. He warned Europe against allowing Austria to extend her influence where the supremacy of Turkc3 r should be maintained.
