Sire— Kilbowie is a pure bred Clydesdale, rising eight years old, of splendid symetry and action. He is by old Surprise which was first as a two-year-old at John* stone, Cambuslang, &u. aud twice gained the prize for the best Stallion at the Glas* gow Society’s Shows to travel in the dis* met. He aho gaiuied the Highland society’s first prize at Inverness, and other prizes to travel as a scullion. Kilbowie’a dam also gained many prizes. Kilbowie gained the first at Dry men, as a two.year old, and first at Stirlingshire Shows.
