• Your article (page 12, Ruapehu Bulletin 27 May 1997) "RDC puts price on plan copies" needs factual correction. As you will note from the official minutes, the motion to provide free distribution of the Draft Annual Plan was in fact seconded, then put to the vote. The record will show that 1 3 councillors voted against the motion, and one for it. While the end result is the same in fact, the method of getting to the result was indeed quite different from your reporting.
