Tense club draw

Tension was high at the Ohakune Club on Friday night after the weekly jackpot raffle draw reached its $500 limit, with those present then facing a fight to the finish to find a winner. Numbers were drawn over 45 minutes, with each person then choosing one of 54 face-down playing cards off a board, trying to choose the joker to win. After 52 people picked the wrong card, the unfortunate Mick Godfrey followed suit and also missed turning up the joker, leaving the final drawer no choice but to take the pocrl! (Editor's note: Anyone worked out the odds?)
