Amusements
Mahon Amusements, the largest provider of fairground rides and side shows will be bringing a large selection of their rides to Desert Gala in 1997. In addition there will be mini motor cycles for small children while the Waiouru Saddle
Club will have pony rides available throughout the day. The Taihape branch of the NZ Deerstalkers have a display of trophies and weapons. They will conduct an Air Rifle Range and will be selling venison burgers. Another interesting activity will be a Paint Air Gun Target Range.
