Refuse contained in boxes and unofficial bags placed on the kerb or etsewhere for collection will not be uplifted after 07 January 1997. Refuse contained in up to five official refuse bags will continue to be removed from the kerb at each Monday collection. HILLARY COMMISSION COMMUNITY SPORT FUND Each year the Hillary Commission has subsidy funding available under the above scheme for allocation to volunteer organisations involved in sport, fitness and leisure programmes. Priority will be given to organisations who have a "Smoke Free" policy and who are able to meet a significant part of the cost of the project appiied for. Funding will not be available to organisations who have not uplifted approved funds from previous years.
