Hamish Wright and April Fawcett celebrated the blessing of their marriage by family and friends at a special ceremony at Whakatane on Saturday 4 January. The couple were married in September in Hollywood, California, but many of Hamish's family were unable to attend, hence the Whakatane celebration. Hamish is a fitness trainer with many Hollywood film industry clients, while April is an actress. He is the youngest son of Ethne and Doug Wright and formerly of Raetihi.
