Cyclone Drena clips Ruapehu

Peter Craig ( pictured J works on next year's firewood after Cyclone Drena dropped a gum tree across his driveway on Saturday. The fall also brought down power lines, cutting electricity from his home for most of the day. Other cyclone damage included a tree which blocked Ayr Street, Ohakune, outside Benchmark, a sign on the Rendezvous Dairy verandah was blown down and garage doors were blown in at a Tainui Street residence.
