Rail idea on the wrong track

• Great idea, wrong area! Mr Abel must be admired for his creative plan to turn obsolete rail carriages into budget accommodation. However, as a nearby resident I strongly oppose the proposed location. Having paid a substantial amount for real estate resale value nearby, I would suggest that he investigate the viability of moving on to the grass strip opposite the Powderkeg and Turoa Lodge on Thames Street. The railway theme would flow well as it would be highly visible and could become a touri st attraction. Maybe he could set up a fast food outlet in one of his carriages. Phil Abel, all the best, but no thanks. Concerned nearby resident ( committed to Ohakune).
