The Council is negligent in not addressing fully, vital evidence given to its Fiearing Committee, Chief Executive, Planners and all Councillors. Specifically: Magna Carta of John I (1215) This Royal Charter Sovereign to Subject of Rights, Liberties, Freedoms and Concessions granted forever, has subsequently been confirmed by Henry III (1216), Edward I (1297) and at the present time through the Imperial Laws Application Act, (1988), First Schedule. The Charter guarantees our Property Titles held in Fee Simple (proprietary ownership without terms and conditions). Refusal to address Magna Carta is an attempt to override Constitutional Law without any authority to do so. Magna Carta is a charter for the citizens' protection against excesses of the state and its agencies. Under the charter the state is forbidden to violate our individual rights. We, the undersigned citizens, invoke the protection of Magna Carta and reject outright the CounciFs Proposed District Plan, as it contains violations of our fee simple property rights. Further, we solemnly and formally declare that attempts inter alia, to exercise authority or charge over our fee simple titles, will be held to be a wrongful exercise of lawful authority, RESULTING IN CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE. • ^James Oreedmore - Grotous Rd, RD 6, Raetihi •SteveMartin - Ohura Rd, RD 6, Raetihi •Qraham & £lju Mills - RD 6, Raetihi • Cjary Rawnsley - Crotous Rd.
