More pub charity for Waiouru. Last week Waiouru childcare centre supervisor Juiia Martin happily accepted a cheque for $2000 from Roanne Hepi of the Oasis Hotel. It is the second time the centre has been a recipient ofpub charity funds and Mrs Hepi said she expects the centre will get more funding in future. Tomorrow (Wednesday) is childcare awareness day and to promote the day the Waiouru childcare centre is holding an open morning at the centre from 9.30 - 11.30am. The staff invite parents and children to come and see the wheat garden and the new building extension.
