Pub funds for St John
Waiouru publican Abe Hepi said be was only too happy to assist the local St John Ambulance with Pub Charity funds, and Ambulance Officer Sandra Spier said she was only too happy to accept the hefty $1685 donation. "We're overwhelmed by the generosity that's come to hand." The generosity doesn't stop there. Mr Hepi said he hopes to continue supporting the ambulance service with annual donations from Pub Charity funds.
