Playing games for Vanuatu

A group of Raetihi School pupils play one of their favourite games while raising funds for United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund ( UNICEF ) recentiy. The school took part in the UNICEF Playday, where pupils brought a game from home to play in an extra playtime after lunch. With their games, they took a gold coin to go to UNICEF, with funds going to Vanuatu. The children were reminded that 1.3 billion people in the developing world have no access to clean water, that 9. 7 children out of every 100 die before their 5th birthday, that millions of children have been killed by landmines.
