The submission must include: 1. Details of the application in respect of which you are making the submission. 2. Your name, postal address, telephone number and fax number (if applicable). 3. Whether you support or oppose the application. 4. Whether you wish to be heard in respect of the submission. 5. The reasons for making the submission and the decision you wish the consent authority to make; and 6. Be dated and signed by the person making the submission. The water is to be used |in the manufacture of wood pulp. This application will replace Water Right RTK 861 196. 6717 This application is for a Water Permit to take and use up to 792 cubic) metres of groundwater per day from a bore situated on the Karioi Pulp Mill site. The water is to be used in the manufacture of wood pulp. 6719 This application is for a Discharge Permit to discharge to land ash residue from the pulp mill bark burner to a landfi II site on the Blackburn farm property, adjacent to the Whangaehu River, Karioi. 6720 This application is for a Discharge Permit to discharge up to 8 cubic metres of leachate per day from ash residue in the landfill site on the Blackburn farm property adjacent to the Whangaehu River to ground and potentially to groundwater. 6722 This application is for a Discharge Permit to discharge to land woodwaste from the Karioi Pulp Mill and the Tangiwai Sawmill to a proposed landfill site situated near the Whangaehu River. The site is a disused sand quarry situated on Strachans Road, Ohakune. 6723 This application is for a Discharge Permit to discharge up to 6 cubic metres of leachate per day from a proposed woodwaste landfill situated in a disused sand quarry situated on Strachans Road near the Whangaehu River to groundwater and subsequently to the Whangaehu River. 6724 This application is for a Discharge Permit to discharge up • to 5 cubic metres of stormwater per hour (3.6 cubic metres of this is treated stormwater) from roofs and carparks and treated stormwater from the log handling and storage areas into an unnamed tributary of the Whangaehu River at the Winstone Pulp site, State Highway 49, Karioi. 6725 This application is for a Discharge Permit to discharge up to 7200 cubic metres of treated pulp mill effluent per day to the Whangaehu River upstream of the Tangiwai Rail Bridge. This application is a renewal of Water Right 881 264. 6726 _ i This application is for a Land Use Consent for construction of a structure on and over the bed of the Whangaehu River 500 metres upstream of the Tangiwai Rail Bridge, this being a new discharge point.
