Ski club thanks long-time supporters

Linda Netton and David Inkster from Junction Ski Shop receive plaques from George Drayton of the Turoa Alpine Ski Club Incorporated, in recognition of their years of support for the club's junior ski programme. The presentation was made at Turoa Lodge at a special evening last Thursday that inciuded a wide range of games and fun activities for the TASCI kids (pictured also). Part of the reason for the evening was to make up for the lost skiing due to the eruption of Mt Ruapehu. —
