Prizes in store for library users

Next week is New Zealand Library Week and local Ruapehu District Council libraries have a competition planned. An 'Opac Search' quiz is happening at the Ohakune, Raetihi and Taumarunui libraries with sections forjuniors, young adults, adults and senior citizens. By completing the quiz in one of the sections library users can go into a draw for a winter picnic basket with a book. The draw will take place on 8 July. For library users who can't yet reach the keyboard the libraries are giving away "bear bags" to carry picture books home in.
