10 May. Counsel: Paul Brown.. Not guilty plea Denise Kay Aitchison, 25, unemployed of Karori, Wellington, pleaded not guilty to a charge of assaulting a child under the age of 14 between 1 June 1995 and 10 April 1996. She was remanded for a defended hearing on 22 August in the Ohakune Dis-
trict Court. Guilty plea Aaron Fitton, 22, demolition labourer of Raetihi, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving with excess breath alcohol (642:1) in Bell Street, Wanganui on 18 June last year. He was convicted and fined $600, court costs $95 and disqualified from driving for six months.
