Kids go fish
A children' s fishing day is planned for this Sunday, 2 June, at the National Trout Centre, 5km south of Turangi on State Highway One. The centre will be open from 9am to 4pm for 6-14 year olds with equipment and tuition supplied on how to fly fish. Children need a current licence, which are on sale at the centre for $2.
