It is better to look good

The Ohakune Kindergarten is to hold for a second year running, its 'New Image Evening'. Five local models will show off their 'new look' hair styles by Celestial and Mr Raymond's Hair Design from Taupo. They will also

model the latest in fashion from Annah S at the Powderhorn Chateau on Tuesday next week. An addition to the evening this year is 'Image' by Design. One model will be shown their colours, body image and wardrobe

planning to suit that individual. After the parade free consultations will be available from Celestial Hair Designs and Image by Design. Organisers promise a fun night for all with lucky door prize, raffles and nibbles. The funds raised from the evening will be used to help cover running costs for the kindergarten. Bulk funding from the Government only covers teachers' salaries and a small proportion of the administration costs. Thepower, telephone, heating, rates and all the equipment is paid by parents' voluntary donations, fundraising and Community Organisations Grants Schemes. Tickets can be purchased from the Ohakune Kindergarten, Annah S or DeePorter, 3858953.
