Last Tuesday a search warrant was executed at an address in the Makakahi Valley and a stolen Ford Sierra was recovered. On Thursday a woman was arrested for assaulting her two year old daughter. Police attended two domestic situations during the week although no arrests resulted. On Friday night police were called to a fight at the Ruapehu Hotel. As a result of the fight and ongoing incidents while police were present, two men and a woman were arrested on a number of charges. It was a quiet week on the road, with no accidents reported in this time.
