LEARNING TO RELAX — participants in therapeutic massage practitioner Glyn Hubbard try their hands at massaging backs, working the thoracic area, to improve relaxation and thus help to better manage stress. Seven people attended the two-day course which is designed to pass on skills on how to look after friends and family. Glyn usually runs the course twice a year and says now there are more than 50 people who now have the skills to make other's lives better, thanks to the "90 per cent hands-on course".
