Centenary scenes

Keith Haitana is pictured below ringing the Raetihi School bell to call everyone to school. Keith obliged the cameras and rang it a second time after his first ring caught many by surprise (on time?!) Jack Lynn, pictured at right wearing the hat, listens to the speeches at the Raetihi School centenary on Saturday. Mr Lynn told the Bulletin that he, Doug Sandford and Foster Watkinson — the last of the builders of the Bridge to Nowhere — were at the reunion.
