With the cooler weathei coming on Waiouru dri ven are asked to ensure their cars are up to scratch and moderate their driving accordingly. • As of 1 April Waiouru police are no longer con- , ducting driver testing. SenI ior constable Mike Martin said a rationalisation by the Police and the Army has led to the decision. Driver testing is still conducted in Taihape and Ohakune.
